Got this for my 8yo and he’s obsessed. Crashes it all the time and it still works. Flight time’s short but it recharges quick so no complaints.

Fun little heli. Took me a bit to get it hovering right. Definitely indoor only — one breeze outside and it’s gone lol.

It’s ok. My kid likes it but we lost a blade after a hard crash. Still flies, just kinda wobbly now. For the price, whatever.

Honestly bought this for my kid but I keep flying it. Takes a few minutes to learn throttle control but super satisfying once you get it hovering.

My nephew’s 7 and actually flies this better than me lol. It charges fast and lights up at night which he loves. Pretty good deal.

FAQs

Is this actually easy enough for a 6-year-old?

Yeah. It’s just up/down and hover. Most kids get the hang of it after a few tries. Expect some crashes — that’s part of the fun.

How long does it fly?

Usually 6–10 minutes per charge. Quick 10–30 minute recharge over USB.

Indoor or outdoor?

Indoor is best. It’s too light for wind. Works great in bedrooms, living rooms, or garages.

Does it break on crashes?

Not really. Lightweight plastic means less damage. Blades can pop off and snap back in.

Does the remote recharge too?

No, it takes 2 AA batteries. The helicopter itself is USB rechargeable.

Is hovering automatic?

Nope, you control it with throttle. Takes a little practice to find the “sweet spot” where it floats.
